Apparently, they don't know what handi-capable is. I couldn't get in the tub to take a shower. I had to leave the bathroom door open in order to pull myself up off of the toilet. Hot tub was amazing , rooms where all cozy also. The only problem we had was the wifi didn't allow you to play online games on console. Other than that the place was great great location really quite lots of wildlife and great communication by the owner.
