Nous avons beaucoup aprécié l'interieur, le confort et la décoration de la villa, ainsi le beau jardin à l'arrière de la maison et les belles terasses qui s'intègrent parfaitement dans le maquis et qui sont bien protégées du vent. "The house is perfectly situated with a stunning sea view. This has to be taken into account when you think about the price tag. It is quiet and not too far from two lovely beaches. The interior has been refurbished and everything is working well. Apart from that you have to put up with a missing wifi-signal and some broken cutlery. A comfortable sofa would do wonders, but in all it is definitely a recommendable and lovely holiday home."

"We had a great time in this large, picturesque house with swimming pool in the Sardinia hills. Owner Olivia is super friendly, knows a lot about the area, and is always around the house in the apartment below to answer questions and for small talk and/or to make reservations at nice restaurants. Location is about 20 minutes out from Santa Teresa and the nearest beach is about 10 minutes away. House is spacious with two single beds, and matrimonial beds otherwise. We had a great time!"

"We ( 2 families with kids age 10-11-12-13) stayed for a week. Excellent house with good location to explore the area as well as spend some easy time at the house. Pool was given the thumbs up by the kids. House is well set up for having drinks & dinner at the house, enjoying the nice views. Juan is a very helpful host. We can recommend it. "

"Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren überrascht, WIE nah es wirklich zu den traumhaften Buchten ist. Ruhig in einem schönen grünen Park gelegen, haben wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und 1 Hund) uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Übergabe erfolgte so gut wie kontaktlos. Wir hatten keine Übergabe mit Katia, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Es war alles vorhanden, um tolle Ferien zu verbringen. Nur Fliegengitter gegen die Mücken wären noch eine perfekte Ergänzung in der Unterkunft....

"We loved this villa. The view is exceptional, the house is wonderful and beautifully furnished and well equipped . The swimming pool is fantastic and one can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. Philippe is a good host. The access drive to the villa is very steep and narrow so needs care when driving . Overall a fabulous villa , ideal for a group of friends and family."
