Housekeeping is not doing good job of cleaning all of recycled bottles either not picking them up or pick up the wrong thing. They can go for many days not doing it. When they did, they are mistaking and trashing a pair of expensive Birkenstock shoes instead.

Wonderful apartment at very convenient location! Lots of restaurants, shops, and market in the neighborhood. The only issue is language - all the signs, messages they sent, and instructions in the room are in Korean. Takes some time to figure out the front desk is on the 2nd floor of an apartment ...

Orakai Insadong Suites
Super clean! Housekeeping staff were so nice and friendly. They vacuum the carpeted areas and also clean the hard floors. This was very important for us as our baby is crawling. Kitchen was well equipped. Extremely good location and we will definitely stay again next time.
