"항상 호텔스닷컴을 사용해 자주 한국으로 여행하는 미국국적 직장인으로써 제일 실망스러운 곳이었습니다. 저는 항상 한국을 갈때마다 한곳을 2주 이상 예약을하며, 이번에는 3주라는 긴 기간을 이곳으로 도착 3달전에 예약을 했습니다. 12시간 비행 후 버스를 타고 이 고시원에 도착했을때 저는 제 예약에 대한 정보가 없다는 황당한 소식을 접했습니다. 3달전에 이미 결제도 했지만 사장님께서는 사과는 커녕 해결책 조차 내주지 않고 기다리라고만 했습니다. 그러면서 하시는 말씀이 호텔스닷컴으로 받는 예약은 본인이 관리 하는게 아니라고.. 고객으로써 그런말을 듣는것이 너무 어이가 없었습니다. 그렇게 나중에 방을 보여주셨을때는 제가 예약한거와는 다른 화장실이 없는 방이었고 제가 그 사실을 이야기 하자 지금은 화장실이 있는 방이 없다면서 더 기다리게 하였습니다. 글자수 제한때문에 다 이야기 못해서 아쉽지만 저는 약 2시간의 기다림 끝에 겨우 방을 받았고 그제서야 사과를 들을수 있었습니다. 그 외에는...

"The room was great! I loved how we could wash our clothes and cook food with the small, yet most accommodating kitchen! The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities. There was also limited amount of towels provided. If you wanted your room to be cleaned or other amenities, you would have to pay an extra fee. "Our party of five had a pleasant stay at Brown Suites. It’s located right in Sinchon and a minute walk to the metro station. We really enjoyed the Sinchon shopping and dining area nearby with many choices and seeing lots of young people there. Though the unit is a bit dated, the staff keeps everything clean and comfortable. Special kudos to Mr. Chang Duk Oh, who spoke English very well, and helped us arrange a ride to Incheon Airport on our check-out day. Thank you! High recommend!"
