"Probably the worst place I've ever stayed. Bad and slimey part of town and it's a "love hotel" but not marketed as such. Everything was old, run down, dark and dirty. Staff didn't speak English or communicate well. I could hear everything and felt generally unsecure. Bedding and pillows were hard as a rock and the bathroom smelt of smoke. Only plus side was no check out time and cheap."

"Extremely dirty, TV was covered in stains and wall outlets were covered in all sorts on unknown substances. Looked like it haven’t been cleaned in the last 100 people that used the room. Nothing like the pictures as well, room was very different and not in a good way!!! Spend the extra $20 a night and get somewhere better. "

"you will have to pay for an extra charge of 25,000won if you want to checkin earlier than 11PM - this is insane as considering how late it is. Also the standard room doesn't have any bathhub at all while on the photos it lists the bathhub. So misleading. Not worthy of the money."

"Our party of five had a pleasant stay at Brown Suites. It’s located right in Sinchon and a minute walk to the metro station. We really enjoyed the Sinchon shopping and dining area nearby with many choices and seeing lots of young people there. Though the unit is a bit dated, the staff keeps everything clean and comfortable. Special kudos to Mr. Chang Duk Oh, who spoke English very well, and helped us arrange a ride to Incheon Airport on our check-out day. Thank you! High recommend!"

"New and smart property. Ease of checking in/out. Short distance to Yeouido park, if you’re a fan of nature. Quite a distance to Han river and shopping mall. Overall, it’s a pleasant one night stay for us. "
