This was a nice little find. The staff was so friendly. The location was great as we wanted to be near Paizza Navona. It is down a little side street near many restaurants. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the area for breakfast was very small and breakfast was average. Before covid, breakfast in Italy blew us away. They have definitely suffered.

Very friendly with English-speaking guests. Kind hosts and vey clean. Bathrooms and showers are stellar. Five stars.

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located in Chinatown within walking distance of the financial district, Brooklyn bridge and more. Lots of great dining options near by. You can lave your luggage in the lobby before check in and after check out. Staff are friendly

Without hesitation I would Recommend the hotel Regno. We were greeted by a very polite and professional young man. He helped with our luggage, explained everything included in our stay. We were extremely tired from travel room was to be ready by 2 pm, we arrived at 10am and they had our room ready by 11 so we could get some much needed rest. Very central location for walking to different sites. Side note highly recommend Osteria da Fortunata for a meal you can reserve in advance 10 minute walk from hotel. Hotel also arranged for taxi to airport taxi was 10 minutes early, the young man from the hotel and another gentleman helped with our luggage to the taxi, thanked us for staying with them. This was a really lovely hotel. Great location, mostly residential, and really quiet. The rooftop bar was gorgeous with views of the Empire State and the Chrysler (depending on where you were sitting). The staff were friendly and super helpful when needed. The room was really large for Manhattan and we had a double aspect which was great. The kitchen was small but enough for us. My only negative comments are that the shower wasn't really very good and the whole room could do with updating. But putting that aside I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. 🙂
