Riads in Guyana

"Hopefully this review allows others to make informed devisions. Pros- clean, staff friendly, adequate amenities. Cons- highly over priced for a hotel that is incomplete, meal prices are ridiculous. I am talking about GY $ 4000 for a cup of dhall and a cup of rice ( no protein). If you wish a protein option for example 4 small pieces of fishcalkes cost you am additional $3998 to be exact. Breakfast lunch and dinner options are very limited and drinks are pricey. Paid additional for pool view and was given city view( was changed with attitude when i protested).No microwave in rooms. No room service. Receptionist take a while to answer calls. Hotel incomplete."

"The hotel accommodations were excellent. I especially enjoyed the continental breakfast, which offered a very nice variety of options each morning. The only issue I experienced was with the hot water temperature, as the water was barely warm. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant, and I was satisfied with the overall experience."

"Our stay was perfect and served our needs well! We felt safe during the day but would suggest a taxi at night. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool and daily breakfast were a hit! The unit was very comfortable and came with a gallon of water! We thought there was an issue with the toilet but the property manager came over quickly & taught us how to use it. I wish there was a TV in the bedroom but we made do. Host was very responsive! I would definitely stay again."
