Patricia was the lady on duty when I arrived, and she was able to let me do an early check-in which I was very grateful for! She was extremely helpful and gracious, the room is spotless and very comfortable, and so far the staff that is on duty now has been wonderful! I would stay here again anytime and highly recommend it!

The room was clean and comfortable. They clean each day if you are there multiple days. The staff is nice they moved our room closer to the front door so we could get in and out easily.

This place was exceptional. I stay the night in hotels for nights a week for work mostly in texas. I will have to say that the hotels in Texas could take some lessons from this place. Friendly front desk help, name brand soap, paper towels, tissues, microwave, full refrigerator,real coffee and a continental breakfast. Whenever I come back anywhere near here for work this will definitely the place that I will be staying at! Great place.

I enjoy staying at the Simple Reward Inn as I require nothing fancy, but I do like everything to be clean, which this facility is. The only thing I take issue with is the condition of the parking lot, particularly the entrance and exit of the facility. This needs to be addressed.
