"Our family of 8 was so comfortable in this house. It was beautifully landscaped. Loved how private and cozy it felt. Definitely made use of the rail trail in the backyard. It was an easy walk down to Arnold’s for mini golf and ice cream. We had a couple runners in the house that also enjoyed the having a safe place to run. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with anything you could possibly need. It was also so nice to have so many bath, beach, and swim towels provided. Huge plus! Temps were like mid 60s all week so having the kids be able to swim in the heated pool late afternoons or evenings was amazing. We had 4 teens with us so the game room/basement made a great space for them to disappear. This location made it easy to explore the entire cape. We rent houses for vacation several times a year and this one was definitely a family favorite. Thank you so much for sharing the property with our family! Host was incredibly responsive and easy communicate with."

"The facility was very clean and freshly remodeled. The breakfast area was large and spacious. The staff was extremely sweet. It is nicely located near restaurants and is easy to get in and out of the parking lot "
