Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. "This was an excellent choice for our family of 6 visiting Seoul for a week! Due to staying for a week, she provided a complementary ride from the airport, which was much appreciated!
