"The property was quaint and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and some nice cooking supplies. The welcome gifts were a nice surprise and delicious. The washing area in the shed was great, sadly the clothesline was broken but the dryer worked perfectly. The back garden was very private and pretty. "Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"The setting was perfect, the description of a woodland retreat was spot on. We loved sitting gazing out at the squirrels playing in the trees and were lucky enough to have them come up to the door and peer in.
