I politely asked if we can check in it was around 2 pm, we flew from Chicago and my 72 years old mom was with us but the answer was No, the room is not ready , we will check you in at 3 pm. Not a good customer service. Can do better "

"Stayed here for a week. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and within walking distance of the centre of Valletta, the bus station and ferries. The hotel runs a courtesy car to the centre if you don’t fancy the walk. Would definitely book again."
