Very nice cabin. Very clean. Everything works properly. It is just the right size and just what you need for a little weekend trip getaway. The owner came over and talked to us for a while. He is very nice and the property is very well taken care of. Definitely good value for your money.

Nice cozy cabin

We came to ride Hatfield & McCoy trails. The mini split AC was awesome. Nice quiet little neighborhood.

Quaint Cabin

Perfect little cabin for a nice long weekend of trail riding. The owner personally dropped by to see if we needed anything which I thought was nice. The only thing I would say the cabin needed was a set of knives (try cutting a bagel with a fork), not so easy to do. Maybe a few extra blankets since my husband likes the temperature somewhere in the arctic zone, and a larger fridge. I also bought a mirror and donated it to the cabin for the next occupants. Again, this is all minor. Still getting 5 stars from me. Very easy access to Ivy Branch and a short trailer jaunt to Big Coal River Trail System. Two great systems to ride.

Yeah, it’s a nice location. Works good with getting to the ivy trail system. We also trailered our side-by-side to big coal trail system. Clean plenty of parking by the cabin. I will tell you once you’re standing in front of the cabin you have no cell service. I have Verizon and no cell service. Thankfully I remembered the code to get into the cabin. Because I cannot access it on my phone because no cell service. Once you get into the cabin, you get the Wi-Fi And you can access everything normally and make calls.
This is in front of the cabin plenty of parking. Nice place.
The swing is over by big cold trail system. It’s down the road. There’s a park and a waterfall river. Nice place to visit and to take some pictures
Cute cat purred very intensely grieved us at one in the morning when we arrived. So cute.
