Very good stay at White crown hotel Halong Bay

The hotel stay was only for one night and met our expectations. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean with a good aircon. The location was also good

Should improve on breakfast. Not filling it up as well, there were much empty on each tray by the time we came down at 8:30am. It’s ok to fill it with small portion, but empty is not fair to guests who pay for their breakfast.

Value for money

Located near the Sun World theme park (5 mins walk) and near to local eateries and convenience shop (2 mins walk). I wouldn’t say this is the best centrally located hotel but with the price we paid for, this is value for money. Room is spacious, clean, and good water pressure! Breakfast was a bit let down as they serve the same menu everyday. There was also some noise in from the bathroom ventilation fans, otherwise our stay was perfect.

O hotel é novo, tem uma boa estrutura, boa localização, apesar de um pouco escondido, mas no quesito serviço, é horrível. No chek in o atendente queria reter meu passaporte, não aceitei, e o documento foi devolvido. O meu quarto não foi limpo, o piso do banheiro estava molhado, havia cabelos de todos os tipos no banheiro e na cama, e ainda havia uma mancha enorme de fluido humano no edredom. Chamei a recepção, e solicitei trocar de quarto, me falaram que não seria possível. Pedi para que os lençóis fossem trocados, e foi um sufoco, pois o hotel não tinha roupa de cama reserva, muito menos uma camareira. O atendente parecia achar normal tal situação, não recebi nem mesmo desculpas. O café da manhã é muito ruim. Lamentável.

Extended stay in Halong bay

Travelled to Halong bay to experience the wonderful scenery and decided to stay a couple of extra days as we had dropped on this hotel at a very reasonable rate. Centrally located to all the old and new things about this area it was ideal to explore the island

후기가 없어서 걱정을 했는데 가격도 저렴하고 방도 넓고 전반적으로 깔끔하고 조용하고 좋았습니다. 위치도 하롱파크 도보 5분도 안걸리는 위치라서 좋았습니다.
