"The most beautiful, well finished hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was a great size, staff so pleasant and helpful and the amenities top class. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The views here Ha Long Bay are an added bonus and the hotel ensure the beach area is kept pristine and clean. 10/10"

"What an amazing ship run by an amazing crew. The food was wonderful and lots of it. The activities were great fun, and you could tell the staff really enjoyed their jobs.
We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to use Capella cruises again.

"This was one of my absolute favorite hotels Ive ever stayed at. The staff was beyond helpful but also not pushy. They had a quiet but comforting presence and treated their guests with great care. The rooms and grounds were spectacular, the food was great. Bavo FLC grand golf resort and spa we made a great choice staying with you!!"

"They took our food alergies but did nothing with it nor did they make any alterations or amendments to accommodate the lack of food options for those who could not eat from their regular menu. I am alergic to seafood and half their options included seafood. The buffet lunch was fine but the set dinner menu had 60% seafood.
Employees on board were kind and courteous and were one of the bright sides on the cruise however for an overnight cruise they lack fun activities to keep you entertained in...
