"Everything was smooth. The management was extremely helpful and very nice. The room was clean and the cabin was cool and fresh. They provided us with Candles and creams as well to repel the flies. There is a market in this community that has everything very interesting market. I bought lamb chops and steak and chicken liver and bbq in front of the cabin. We had a nice time with kids. "

Dinner. An inverted 44 Gallon drum with a spike in the lid. All the vegetables at the bottom cook in the juices of the chicken. Since this is basically a massive dutch oven, the chicken is also super tender. Put the drum on top, seal it up then sit it in coals and put coals on top. Delicious!
