The room was comfortable, with a small sitting area and side table good for having a tea or coffee. King bed was good. Nice shower. Be aware the spiral staircase if you have mobility concerns as there is no lift. Lovely breakfast and staff in the Deli Cafe.

a bit more patience and it will be a great place

the House was still doing some refursbishment works, so we did not had the full experience, as of October 25 this should be better. People are very kind, the Restaurant was excellent. One point to improve was the Breakfast which was served in the Cafeteria next door during the works, let's hope it will ipprove after the house if full ready.

Had a very nice stay and hotel will be beautiful once construction is done. Room was very modern and clean. Nice shower and bed with nice lighting. Different to not have a TV in the room with no available news as no lobby with newspapers. Breakfast was good and plentiful but it would be nice to have some variety as we were there 5 nights and it was exactly the same. But it was good.

Toplocatie naast de voormalige koepelgevangenis, op loopafstand van het centrum. Goede douche, goed bed met keuze tussen hard en zacht kussen. Kamer is comfortabel maar krap - nauwelijks plek om je koffer kwijt te kunnen. Er is geen tv. Check-in is in het restaurant, wat niet zo handig is want het personeel is (ook) met andere dingen bezig en je staat nogal in de weg met al je bagage. De bejegening was iets té joviaal naar onze smaak.

Unterkunft in einem ehem. Gefängnis außergewöhnlich, leicht zu finden und zu Fuss kann man von dort locker die wunderschöne Stadt erkunden.Personal super freundlich u. hilfsbereit. Restaurant u. Cafe (Frühstück möglich jedoch wohl eher kleinere Auswahl-wurde von uns nicht in Anspruch genommen) vor Ort. Zimmer klein u. wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten jedoch für Kurztrip kein Ding! Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie "Betthupferl" (Tafel Schokolade). Msn fühlt sich sehr wohl. Tägliche Reinigung. Betten sehr weich, was uns nicht so gestört hat. Derzeit Baustelle im Hof dennoch empfehlenswert es war eher ruhig ansonsten, Baustellenlärm hörten wir nur an einem Tag ca. 30 Min! Einziges Manko (insg. Haarlem o. Nordholland) das teure Parken. Wir zahlten knapp 39 Euro am Tag an der Strasse (Parkautomat mit dt. EC-Karte bzw mittterweile ja Mastercard zahlbar). Parkmöglichkeiten dennoch genügend nur teuer. Für Hotelgäste eine Ermässigung zu erhalten das wäre klasse (haben in Amsterdam 20€/24 h für eine Tiefgarage direkt am Hotel gezahlt).
