"Staff friendly and informative. Did not email my receipt as requested. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, nice kitchen. Haast is small, so limited food options. Nice view from upstairs room, can't quite see the river."

Haast was beautiful but desolate. The sea meets land in a roaring display of crashing waves. Winding mountainous roads lead us here and to our final destination. New Zealand is too beautiful for its own good.
