The area is a little busy and noisy because of all of the bars around, however it made it convenient when looking for a place to eat, etc. Museums, parks, and transportation are all within walking distance. Staff is young, dynamic, and always super friendly and helpful. We were two adults travelling and we enjoyed our stay."

It was only one night stay, when we checked-in it was told to us that our room what we ordered is booked so we will get another room, so we got keys from the room and after long trip we opened the door and there was person who sleeped in the room. So we told that fact to receptionist and se said that we want our money back, that we will take another hotel. "We had a great stay at citizenM Rotterdam! The hotel is right beside the Rotterdam Blaak station, so transportation was a breeze. Seamless self check-in, and all the staff were so kind and helpful. Loved the ability to borrow bikes, and the bar made some excellent cocktails. The rooms are small as pictured (no surprises there) so best suited for a single person or a couple. The room controls were super easy to use and we slept great (the blackout blinds were TOO good, we ended up sleeping in super late one day!). We would definitely stay again!"
