"This hotel was great! The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, and were very quick to respond to our Whatsapp questions before we arrived. The property is extraordinary. We especially enjoyed exploring all the different areas: terraces, roof decks, spa area, museum, and cosy nooks all over the place -- just magical! Highly recommend this place - otherworldly in the best possible way!"

"Staff was friendly and efficient and very responsive on WhatsApp. We were able to arrange airport pick up for 2 people for 30 Euros one way. We were able to check in early since there was a room available. Their view from the rooftop is beautiful and they have the best rooftop set up with the colorful carpets and the food platter set for pictures in the morning. Breakfast is included at the Seten restaurant. It is a longer walk to and from the city center since it has the one of the highest view of the city. They also have a sister hotel next door where you can dine at their Restaurant - Happena where they can help you make reservations. We also used their Turkish spa as well which was a great experience! "

"Exceptional Service & Genuine Hospitality! Our trip started with a bit of a hiccup—some of our friends accidentally booked a different hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night and only realized the mix-up then. Thankfully, the staff had already upgraded our room, and when we asked if all five of us could stay in the same room just for that night, they kindly said yes. It was such a generous gesture and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The next morning, three of us showed up for breakfast, and to our surprise, the staff had already prepared breakfast for our two friends as well—even though they weren’t staying at the hotel! They even encouraged us to try traditional Turkish delights like menemen and Turkish coffee. The friendliness, warmth, and top-notch service made this experience unforgettable. Their thoughtfulness didn’t stop there. On our departure day, we had to leave very early, before breakfast hours, and the reception immediately offered to prepare breakfast boxes—not just for the three of us staying there, but for all five of us. That kind of above-and-beyond hospitality is truly rare. I highly recommend this place. "
