"Erciyes tatili için tamamen yorumlar üzerinden konakladığımız bir yer oldu. Herşeyiyle mükemmel ve tertemiz odalarıyla herkese tavsiye ederiz. Ev konsepti ve mobilyalar yeni ve temizdi. Tek eksik olarak gördüğüm evde yemek hazırlayabilmek adına set üstü ocak yoktu. Bu sebeple yemeği dışarıda yemek zorunda kalıyorsun. Fakat çalışanların ilgisi ve temizlik konusunda kesinlikle şiddetle tavsiye ediyoruz. Herşey için teşekkürler"

"Ci sono stati un po' di problemi di comunicazione e per trovare il posto giusto, perché è venuto fuori che la suite prenotata non era all'indirizzo indicato ma in un altra location, a qualche minuto di macchina di distanza. Una volta arrivati al posto giusto, è venuto fuori che la casa era stata preparata per 2 persone e non per 3, nonostante noi avessimo prenotato per 3 persone. Il problema è stato comunque risolto: ci hanno portato e preparato un nuovo letto con lenzuola e asciugamani. La...

"Kayak tatili için geldik 3 kişi Aile Suiti’nde kaldık, yarım saatte dağa varabiliyorsunuz. Oda, su sıcaklığı gayet iyi konforluydu. Bir odadaki bir çarşaf kirliydi onun dışında her şey güzeldi"

"Basic apartment, well situated in Talas, free parking and 24 hour reception. When we arrived, nothing of all the equipment metioned in the description was available but when we asked, they immediately provided everything (towels, toiletry, hairdryer, coffee and tea...). Wifi quality average: not working in the bedroom. Not enough powerpoints for charging battery. Apartment was not bad but could use some renovation. Very friendly and helpfull staff at reception!"

"Gece saat 12 buçuk gibi girdik. Yakınındaki yüksek sesli restorant tan dolayı uyumakta zorluk yaşadık. Temizliği çok kötüydü. Bizden önce herhangi bir temizlik yapılmamış gibi duruyordu. Gece başka biyer bulamayız diye çıkmadık yoksa durulacak gibi değildi. Banyosu kokuyordu. Kötü bir gece geçirdik. Tek iyi olan müşteri ilişkileriydi."
