200 feet on the water with boat house!!!

Beautiful classic Louisiana fishing cottage with 200 feet of canal frontage and your own private boathouse that includes two boat slips with lifts. The large porch is perfect for watching the boats pass by or just enjoying the coastal breezes. There's a large kitchen upstairs and a second "entertainment" kitchen downstairs that includes a pool table. Included with the house is a pellet grill, boiling pot with double burner, and an electric fryer. It also has a large commercial ice machine for your convenience.

Swimming is not permitted in the canal. Anyone swimming in the canal assumes all associated risk. There are alligators and alligator gar in it.
Please load and start dishwasher before checkout and leave unused beds unmade.
Please take all trash cans to the road when you leave. Trash is picked up early Monday morning (around 6:00am).
