  • This canal frontage home located in the heart of Hackberry, LA is fully furnished along with a southern coastal flair. The outdoor amenities include one private boat slip, seating area, charcoal grill, and fish cleaning station! This property is Ideal for family vacations or weekend getaways. Hackberry Fishing Camp and Marina is less than a one mile boat ride and offers fuel, bait, ice, and a public boat ramp. It is also within walking distance to the famous Hackberry Rod and Gun Club. Not feeling like fishing… take a 30 minute boat ride north to the casinos which have piers to park your boat while you enjoy some gambling or dinning. For those wanting the ultimate fishing experience, head south to the jetties and Gulf of Mexico!

Very nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Good WiFi access. The only problem was access for boats during low tides.

We had a great time and caught plenty of fish! It was a very clean, well decorated and equipped place right on the canal. Everything in the home was of great quality and made our stay very comfortable from the beds to the linens to the kitchen. Easy access to the bait shop and some of the best fishing in Hackberry! Will definitely be back! There is only one tv in the living room if you happen to need a tv to fall asleep like my hubby, or traveling with kids, just an FYI. Very close to the Hackberry Rec Center that serves some of the best poboys we’ve ever had!
