"Nice place, exactly as pictured in listing. It was perfect for myself, my teenage daughter and her friends in Ft. Smith to celebrate her birthday. Nice neighborhood close to the mall, several thrift stores and restaurants. Communication with host was excellent! "

"The property is exactly as described! The host is lovely and very helpful. We were in Ft Smith for the symphony performance of Harry Potter to support our feiwnds who are violinists. An absolutely great time was had by all! We definitely will stay here again!"
