"The property was located in a good spot, but it appears run down overall and the staff weren’t overly helpful. The elevator didn’t work the first day we were there, so we had to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs."

"I stay at this hotel every year while I attend shows at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion. The rooms are always clean but it was so hot when we got into the room, we had to turn the air way down. There wasnt any shampoo or conditioner in the bottles hanging in the shower. Overall, i am always pleased with my stay here."

"The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. They provided a variety of breakfast options. Unfortunately, the exercise room was unavailable; however, they offered the use at Residence Inn, right next door. Overall a pleasant stay."
