"This is a modern, clean hotel. I had some issues during my stay. My room wasn’t cleaned twice. There was no breakfast one morning and the reception staff weren’t friendly and one of them didn’t speak English."

"There’s no doubt that Seasons Hotel has seen better days. The building is in need of renovation. The furniture is outdated, the hallway walls on the upper floors are peeling, and the internet is weak and disconnects frequently. But and this is a very big and important “but”, the hotel staff is exceptional and makes up for everything! The hotel is wonderfully located, and every room is huge and clean, with a pull-out sofa in a cozy sitting area and a large balcony facing the sea with a breathtaking view. The breakfast is delicious, and once again, the staff is simply wonderful and went above and beyond to fulfill every guest request. I stayed for two weeks and had a really great time! The reception staff are all incredibly lovely. I will definitely return and highly recommend it."

"Was a very disappointing hotel. Had to move rooms 3 times. Air condition didn't work. Mold in the bathroom. A very run-down hotel that is not maintained properly. Not impressed."

"Sadly, my 8 year old granddaughter and I were given a room that had clearly been smoked in. We checked in rather late and were really looking forward to relaxing but when we went back to the front desk to report the problem we were told that the hotel was full and that there was no other room to offer us. They then recommended that we open the balcony doors as well as the door to the room in order to air it out. I was extremely uncomfortable with the suggestion that I leave our door wide open, though I did leave the balcony door open for a while (with no change). While they did send a staff to mop the floor it was ineffective. The smell totally nauseated me and so I slept very poorly. We checked out at 10 am because the smell was intolerable to me. While checking out I got the impression that the hotel was not at full capacity but rather that an equivalent room was not available. Needless to say I would not recommend this hotel though it is a nice looking facility in a good location. I did email the manager who responded immediately and offered me several options to try to make up for the terrible experience but none will truly compensate me for a rather expensive stay."
