"It was a fantastic holiday. Vienna is incredible and the apartment is very nice, comfortable, equipped with all comforts. The owner welcomed us with extreme kindness and helpfulness. Everything beautiful!"

"Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. Und auf der oberen Etage, wo 4 Betten drin waren, gab es vermutlich Einschusslöcher im Fenster. Außenbeleuchtung war defekt. Am nächsten...

"Für Familien mit Kindern und/oder Hunden ist dieser Bungalow perfekt. Eingezäuntes Grundstück, Park ganz in der Nähe und nur 10 km zum Stadtzentrum entfernt gelegen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Räumlichkeit in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Fußboden an mehreren Stellen defekt. Randleisten stehen von der Wand ab. Tapeten hängen von der Decke. Im Bafezimmet stinkt es nach Kanalisation. Aus dem Whirlpool kommt kein richtig heißes Wasser. Fenster schließt nicht vollständig und musste zugeklemmt werden. Usw. usw. Würden freiwillig nicht mehr in dieser Unterkunft absteigen."
