"Amenities were not open at the beginning of the week. Made staying there inconvenient. Hotel needs to be updated. "

"This property is in severe need of being completely remodeled. It may have been a nice place at one time but now it's in bad shape. When I first arrived there was nobody at the front desk for around 10 minutes. Several other people were waiting as well. This was a bad experience that I don't want repeated. "

"Great location. 30 second walk to the water. Having a bbq grill and fire pit next to the water was great for the family. Kayaks were great addition and worked perfectly. Home was well kept and plenty of room for family of four. Would definitely return for a stay this summer. "

"Air conditioning worked great! The Front porches with rocking chairs are a very nice surprise and to sit out there morning or night is absolutely serene! All you hear is nature! We went horseback riding and that was amazing! To go through the trail through the trees and see the hills and wow what a view from the top! At night to look up at the stars is amazing! There’s so many, never seen anything like it! Breakfast was good with options and there’s a pool, fire pit! The town of Bandera is really close with many food, shopping options! Would definitely stay again! To top it off the staff is awesome!!!!!"

"The unit was great. She had everything you could need and the bed was amazing. The shower is also awesome. We were extremely comfortable and will stay again next time we are out that way."
