"My wife and I stayed at Ocean Z Feb14-20. Our shower was missing a door. Water would flood the floor and soak the toilet. When I let the front desk know about the shower, I was told it had broken and was on back order. We were told there were no other rooms and we were given no solution. On the Ocean Z website, this room has a picture of a shower with two doors like normal. Ocean Z is now claiming this is how the shower is designed. Not true. We were given no inclination that they were working on a solution. So we left after one night. Unfortunately, Ocean Z is claiming we left without giving them a chance to fix the problem. Not true. Also, when I left Ocean Z, I was told the owner would call me. She did not. Not only that, but I had to call numerous times until I finally got ahold of her. When I did, she was very apologetic and offered me a weeks stay in the future. We didn't want to do that. I just wanted my money back. The owner told me to give her a couple days to get back to me. 25 days later she responded with another request for a couple more days. Then her partner emailed me a very dismissive denial of my request for a refund. So, I posted a review of my stay on another leading travel website. I am very disappointed with how I was treated after I was very patient waiting for them to refund my money. Look up my reviews. I stayed in room 13. The room I stayed in is the mini master queen pictured top left. Look at the bathroom shower."
