"室内はシーツもクリーニングされてなく、汚れも凄い状態で、シーツの上には毛虫とか色々と散乱していました。トイレは掃除もされてなく汚かったです。とてもお客さんとして捉えられる状態ではありませんでした。無理"

"Very nice location down a quiet lane and next door to a temple. Good security with a digital numeric lock on front door for after hours. Room was clean and spacious, altho not really dark at night due to outdoor lighting. Would stay again."

"リバービューと書いていますが、部屋からは見えません。もしくは、リバービューで予約していたにもかかわらず、見えない部屋に入れられた可能性もあります。喫煙所となっているベランダからはメコン川が見えます。部屋から見えなくてもいいなと思いましたので、特に抗議はしませんでした。部屋はアメニティなどはほとんどありませんが特に不便はありません。エアコンもしっかり効きます。従業員は一部の人しか英語が話せず、ちょっとした質問などに答えてもらえず困りました。しかし最低限の英語は理解し話せますので、基本的に滞在に不便はないと思います。立地はよかったです。メコン川のすぐそばにあり、夜は川沿に出ているお店がすぐ目の前に立ち並び、食事ができます。"

"I just wanted to thank the nice young lady at reception who, when I rolled in looking disheveled and bone rattled from an overnight train from Bangkok allowed me to check in early. This sort of graciousness combined with a good, clean modern hotel makes customers come back. (I said I would leave a good review and here I am) Great Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast and a comfortable bed and room. My thanks - recommend. "
