"2nd time staying in one of the rooms/suites/apartments and the it has been fantastic. The bed was perfect. Kitchen was exactly what was needed, and the location is spot on. "This was a disappointing stay for us. The apartment is lovely, and in a great location, but it was spoiled by the constant chasing for hidden charges, specifically a 300 shekel cleaning fee that was not made clear when booking. Not only does that seem a lot for a cleaning fee, but the cleaning of the apartment should be included in the price, and if not, made explicitly clear when booking. "

"I arrived and there was a guy inside a little room with a terrible smell giving the keys, my room was not ready but i asked him to show me a room in advance and he refused, the place looked dirty, I didn’t stay I left. They didn’t want to give me the money back. Stay away from this place. Easy to confuse the name with sea executive which is a very nice place. "

"A beautifully decorated and furnished flat in the middle of the Bauhaus heart of Tel Aviv. The building itself is on the UNESCO heritage list, and is stunning. The rental company were great with communication prior to arrival, and the place could not have been better. Highly recommended!"

"The apartment is very nice. The balcony is fantastic with a great view. Excellent for the evening. The beds were comfortable. The location is perfect for the beaches (the best in Tel Aviv) and restaurants in Bat Yam. The hosts were fantastic and made everything from getting there from the airport to checking in very easy."

"Beautiful apartment, very spacious. For the most part pretty clean, except for the bathrooms, could have been better clean. The refrigerator and the stove could have been a little cleaner as well. Also we could only use one burner on the stove, the rest would not turn on, or would go off in a few seconds of turning them on.
