"Right next to the ocean. Clean and spacious modern room. Located in a tiny quiet town not too far from sellfoss. Owner was very friendly and gave us some interesting history of the area. Hostel was quiet and restful. A laundry facility would have been wonderful! "

The amenities were top-notch, and we appreciated the little touches — from the local snacks provided to the thoughtful guide on when to expect peak aurora activity. This was one of the most unique and awe-inspiring travel experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that combines comfort, nature, and wonder — the Aurora Igloo is the place to be. "The owner / host was very kind. They offered make your own waffles with the breakfast if you pay for it. Google maps is wrong on giving directions. The neighbor had a horse which my daughter enjoyed petting"

"We arrived late, check-in was very easy, the cottage was adorable. View was lovely. Breakfast outstanding. My only regret is that we were on the Ring Road family vacation - and couldn't stay longer. Highly recommend."
