"we really could not have booked a more accommodating, property. We found it to be perfect for our large gatherings. The screened in porch was a bonus. Ice Maker super bonus. We had one huge emergency and from beginning to end, maybe 2.5 hours. Price was a little pricey, since the emergency situation put us in a bad spot for a little while. but we made it work. The roads getting to the property are really rough right now, All the rain did not help. Clean is a understatement, it was spotless. One thing to know is most BNB in are past usually have items that past guest leave, like sugar, flour and maybe cookie sheets and pans. If you book, assume nothing but salt and pepper and a spice rack. We totally enjoyed our stay. If we decide to go back to Steinhatchee that place will be our #1 pick. Thank you to the host and the owners for a great place. A couple items to note about the area. The Marina down the street, avoid. Prices are just plain ridiculous. The food the same. Fiddles down a little further, was 100% better. Groceries, Dollar General did not disappoint. Renting a slip at SunPlace resort was perfect location. 45 a nite,"

"Location is nice, plenty of parking. Property is a little dated and very small but price reflects that. Nice for a single couple. Perfect as a small fishing camp with dock access. Dock can’t be seen from the rental, it is down the driveway and across the street and is shared with another house rental. Single mini split ac in the living room, bedroom could use a mini split or window unit. Overall nice stay for the price."

"This place was great. We had a family of 6 and it worked really good for us. Rooms were nice. Each room has its own ac in it. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer worked great. Screened in Back porch was very nice. Dock is super close to the house and has power and water so perfect for washing boat and charging. 24’ boat fit perfectly. Tight fit to get the trailer and 2 cars in the driveway but just let Allysa know and they have other accommodations for trailer parking. Overall was a great place and great location. Will definitely be staying again!"

"This is a really nice place, the view is absolutely incredible and everything in the condo worked as it should. Only negative was the balcony furniture was very low quality and made difficult to enjoy that beautiful view and furniture in condo needs to be updated as cushions are worn out."
