"No air in the room!! The AC was broken management didn’t even flinch when we told them. Handle of the windows wasn’t there either. Was broken off. Mildew in shower caulking. Wasn’t the best and been staying there for years. Needs urgent upkeep."

"Great staff at check-in and for breakfast. Can't understand why they charge for parking yet have free parking lots all around the hotel on the streets. Hotel should be offering free parking. Breakfast was outstanding, everything needed was in the buffet."
