This hotel gets it right! The staff is super friendly and made me feel like a VIP! Everything is thoughtfully laid out and perfect for a long-term stay. It is right across the street from the subway and only 15 minutes away from city center. There is a shopping mall right across the street with a grocery store in the same building. Highly recommended!

Great little hotel. Room was plenty big for our family of four. The train station was only about a 5 minute walk and the tram to take you into the city was just right across the hotel. Loved the check in process as well, everything done over the tablet in the lobby and fortunately our room was ready way before we expected which was helpful after a long travel day. Would stay here again.

Was concerned it was far from the tourist attractions. Then, I learned you can take the metro (right outside the hotel) to them AND the train station. Hotel itself is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly

Room with a view of the Schunbrunn gardens and palace was worth the short metro ride to the city. The metro is across the street making it easy to get into the beautiful city of Vienna. Opera stop puts you right in the heart of Vienna. Add breakfast to your stay - it is simply the best we experienced in the 7 cities in Europe we visited , including the UK. Safe, quiet location about a mile from everything in the historic / tourist districts you want to see. You can take a longer (30 minutes to 1 hour) walk OR underground OR tram rides that are 5 minute walk away 15 minute rides. The bus tram underground ticket cost me $8 for a 24 hour unlimited pass. Very good location with many amenities around and public transportation. Easy to navigate, helpful and friendly staff and the room was very clean, definitely recommend for a short trip to Vienna.

Quite pleased with our stay here. Room was clean and well appointed with a really eclectic and luxurious look. Beds were a bit stiff for us and we had to ask for more pillows which they happily provided. Breakfast was wonderful. Didn’t get to try the other two restaurants/bars. Would def stay again. It’s near westbanhoff which made it very convenient

The staff members were among the most helpful of those we have encountered in all our travels. This is about our fifth one time to say at this hotel. We have been coming here for more than a decade — each time we come to Vienna — we stay here.

Terrific small hotel 10 a ten-minute walk from Westbahnhoff. The staff is English-fluent and so friendly; the rooms are deliciously comfy; the breakfast is terrific; and the shady courtyard with cushy seating and a fountain is a lovely beguiling place to spend a lazy afternoon, have morning coffee or an afternoon drink.

Enjoyed the funky bunkbed family room, daily housekeeping like a hotel yet vast majority of housing here is for long-term students. Despite this, room and hallway in the hotel section was quiet. Laundry available but process is odd; ask at front desk. Check-in is touch screen automated but data entry a bit tedious. Good restaurant and cafe features. Short walk to major train/subway hub and Prater park. Fun place.
