"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Hauzenberg so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet, dennoch gab es einige Punkte, die uns gestört haben. Im Wohnzimmer, das gleichzeitig als Schlafbereich dient, liegt ein sehr alter Teppichboden, der stark verschmutzt ist und leider nicht mehr zu reinigen scheint. Die Balkontür ließ sich nur mit großer Mühe öffnen und schließen, und auf dem Balkon befand sich ein Hornissennest, sodass wir diesen nicht nutzen konnten. Auch die Sauberkeit insgesamt hätte besser sein...

"Wir haben die Wohnung für zwei Nächte gebucht und konnten nach vorheriger Rücksprache sogar etwas früher anreisen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und fast familiär. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. "Older property, but they have obviously been investing and modernizing recently. There's an amazing new playground and walking area behind the first building and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is pretty deep everywhere, but a fairly good temperature and very clean and nice. Our two kids enjoyed it, but only because one can swim and the other still has water wings. With the included Aktivcard, all the local swimming pools are included, so you can also just go to one of them instead. We were really surprised at what all was included with the card and were wishing we had more time to make use of it. Definitely a bargain and we will be back! :-) Oh yeah, beautiful view as well! (We were on the 7th floor.)"
