"The description said there was breakfast, private bathroom, kitchen, free water, and no curfew. None of this was provided or was true. They locked the gate at night and we were locked in till 9 am. This is a major fire safety hazard. The common area was being used as a restaurant. Guests were made to feel we were nuisance. I spoke with other guests that felt that the same way. Honestly I wanted to leave but every other accomodation in the area was booked so I had nowhere to go. The staff...

"Everything was perfect Could not be better Starting with the view the location The staff SUPERB the services Hassan at room services The bfast and its variety and healthiness and awesomeness Everyone worked with love here absolute love Only the spa needs to b a better 3rd company But EVERYTHING AT THIS HOTEL WAS AMAZING Starting with Amir at the barista Louisa Jonathon Agatha and karam and nael Omer ido and Hazem Malak at f&b Aboo bassel at the housekeeping as well as Waleed Excellent excellent experience!
