The view of the bay and port from the hotel room is exceptionally beautiful. Cathy at check in counter is incredibly helpful and nice and friendly. Great location - walking distance to shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking spaces.

Good hotel for the money

It took a long time to check in but check in staff was friendly. It took almost 30 minutes to check in. Service was good. Free parking is great. Room is spacious but view is obstructed with trees. Daily rate is excellent. I doo recommend this hotel

We arrived on Shabbat and could not check in until almost 6, we were tired from driving all day and wish I would have known in advance. Not a huge deal. Anyway the place was in a great location and yea the views were nice from the room. I had the breakfast included and it was exceptional! Nice neighborhood to walk around also. Overall just a big hotel with meh staff. Probably best not to stay on Friday or Saturday unless you are there for Shabbat since that tends to overtake the hotel.

Actually this was the best stay of my 10day trip. First things first: really free parking at the hotel door! Rare thing in Israel!. Second: location! It is close to "Garden" and it is close to subway station and You can get to downtown in 10 minutes,. Use that chance! Breakfast is worth buying even it is a bit vegan and almost no meat. But tastes great! And the view to the city was amazing. Check the sunrise time on your stay and just take your moment! The stuff was really friendly and helped me a lot actually! Thanks

Amazing view from multiple sides of the hotel and from the Louis Promenade right outside the hotel. Very near to kosher restaurants and to the Carmelit furnicular to get downtown. Brilliant breakfast and the hotel also offers dinner for an extra, very reasonable amount. Would come back to stay again.

Most gorgeous views of Haifa bay and located with in a few steps, next to the top of Bahia. Excellent customer service, convenient self free parking, and outstanding breakfast with many options at the hotel and dinner just a few steps away.

The Bay View Hotel is very pleasant and homey with courteous service by all staff members we interacted with. Having stayed in this hotel many times before (when it was named Nof Hotel), I must single out both Allerie and Lorena at the front desk for their knowledge and advice in all aspects of our stay. Their all round help and charm were nothing short of amazing. Toda Rabba Allerie y Muchisimas Gracias Lorena!!

The room had one towel, no toiletries, the A/C was not on, no soap, no shower gel. The people were nice but the management were very disappointing. Plus… I had a family emergency that I had to leave Israel one day before, and I told the front desk and he checked with management about charging me for a full day. I am sorry, your hotel management needs to know what compassion means. I was notified that my father in law was dying any minute and I told them at 4 pm that I must take a flight that evening. They didn’t want to hear about it but they didn’t have a problem telling me that I will be charged because I I notified them at 4 pm not at 12 pm when it’s check out time. How would I have known earlier especially 7 difference in time. A little compassion to such an emotional time needs a little reconsideration in your hotel managements decision. I am extremely disappointed and will most probably never stay in ur hotel again and tell all my friends and family not to stay either unless you show me respect in this matter and reconsider charging me for my last day stay.
