NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE, NO SHOES ON CARPET AD SECOND FLOOR. NO BBQ AROUND THE POOL OR AROUND THE HOUSE WHICH STRICTLY PROHIBITED FOR SHORT TERM RENTAL AS PER COMMUNITY HOA.
