* Heated private pool on request - all day sun with beautiful sunsets. The temperature reaches a range of 78 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit, However if we get cold temperatures overnight then the heating system will struggle to meet these temperatures.

*Pool Heat is available for an additional charge of $55 per day with a 4-night minimum. You may request it at any time. Please note- it takes at least 24 hours to heat a pool, is not a spa.

*Air Conditioning is set up to go NOT below 72 degrees Fahrenheit (24.4 degrees Celsius) 78 degrees Fahrenheit is the temperature recommended buy utility companies and news media, not below

My new fully furnished 4 bedroom luxurious villa is equipped to the highest standard and everything you need for your perfect dream holiday is here including all linen, towels and kitchenware. There is plenty of accommodation to sleep from 2 to 8 people so it is ideal for 2 families to share and enjoy. It is also perfect for 1 family to spread out and relax in comfort! No carpet throughout the all property.

Great care and attention has been paid to the choice of furnishings and décor to offer you the very highest standards and comforts home from home.

The superb spacious master bedroom includes: a king size bed, LCD cable TV, DVD, walk in wardrobes, twin vanity units, and en-suite bathrooms.

The other two bedrooms include: queen size beds and LCD cable`s TV, DVD, one walk in wardrobes, twin vanity units, and one with a en-suite bathrooms.

The lounge is tailed and accommodates a new set of leather sofas of one, two and three seats.

A superb gas heated pool with built in spa, extended pool deck and upgraded furniture is the height of luxury, allowing you to chill out and relax and after a fun filled day at the parks or golfing. The pool gets sun all day with beautiful sunsets. To cap it all, there is a covered furnished lanai (patio) area and with its own ceiling fan - unadulterated luxury to complement the perfect holiday.

There is a games room in the garage including a tennis table, football table, pool table, darts board and exercise bike,

The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary appliances, cutlery, plates etc. There is a laundry room with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

All bathrooms are provided with hairdryers and white towels (not face cloths neither hand towels)

The villa is air-conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans with remote control in every single room

This was a great home for my family. My teens spent so much time in the game room, even more than the heated pool. Spacious, comfortable and very clean. Owner was fantastic to deal with a quick to respond on anything I had questions on. Would definately stay here again.

Over all everything was great. House was very nice. Rooms fit everyone, pool was a big hit with the kids. Game room was awesome. Neighbors are friendly, Ms Wendy down the hill was nice to talk to again very friendly. Definitely worth the cost. Will absolutely look to come here again.

This house was perfect. Very spacious and clean. It had everything my family of 6 needed to make our stay comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. It’s super close to a Dollar General Market & Walmart. The owner is an email away and responds quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed 2 months February too March 2014. The home was everything like the pictures. Beautiful home and plenty of storage in the kitchen. It has everything you need and if anything went wrong it was dealt with as fast as possible. Very well run management company to deal with. We highly recommend this home. If we get a chance to go back to this area we would be sure to stay in your villa. Beautiful clean and comfortable home!

Everything was great except the home was dusty on the floors a d spiderwebs were noted in places otherwise great. My family thought there were alot of notes hanging but thats ok.

Overall nice home and the property looks just like the online pics! We needed a place to stay ( in for a funeral) and the owner was quick to respond (much appreciated). My only real issue was the attention to detail needed for cleanliness. Let me be clear, I don't blame this on the owner but the cleaning crew; they definitely need reprimand. The property is too nice for that. The location is great; Walmart, Dollar store, Loews and plenty of restaurants close by. Overall nice (gated) property.

This a a wonderful vacation home with tons of space. The game room in the garage just made the home feel much more roomier. Close to everything. Stores, attractions, restaurants and airport. The blinds were a bit dated and some of the vinyl panels had fallen down. The blinds on the sliding glass door leading out to the pool could be pulled back but not opened. There was water leaking from some place in the refrigerator but all in all this is a exceptional property for the listing price. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was ok just need to update the bath towels and washcloths. Went and purchased my own due to the stains on them I usually pack my own but forgot to grab the bag I packed to bring from home. Overall that was the only issue.

Our extended family of five adults and two dogs rented this beautiful villa for five days around Thanksgiving 2014. In an upscale gated community, we felt very safe walking the dogs in lovely surroundings. The location, within minutes of several fine golf courses, was a plus for us. The home is furnished like a magazine spread, but one in which the occupants (including pets) can relax and be very much at ease. The layout of two master suites (with the other two bedrooms sharing a bathroom conveniently located to both) was ideal for our family. While we all could comfortably congregate in the living room, it was nice to have additional areas (the lanai, dining room, eat-in breakfast nook) where we also could split up for different activities. We did find that some sundries (paper products, soap, etc.) were not provided or were less plentiful than we are accustomed to finding in vacation rentals. If you can, plan on bringing more of your own, or doing some shopping at nearby grocery stores upon arrival. The owner is a delight with whom to work; he is always very responsive, even though he is out of the country much of the time. There is a management company which is renters’ contact during their stay, but be aware they are not available 24/7 (e.g., we arrived on Sunday and could not speak with them until Monday). Working with the management company on a few issues was a bit more challenging than expected, but eventually everything was handled to our satisfaction. Should the opportunity present itself, we would like to stay here again.

The property is spacious with tile and hardwood floors.Makes it easier for cleaning.Well outfitted with towels and bedding.Could use some additional glassware but plenty of dishes and pots and pans.Used the pool heat for 3 weeks and it was comfortable.Patio furniture is dated and short a chair.Spoke to owner and is will look to change it upon his next visit. Overall a good experience and would stay here again.

We had a great time at the property. The house and complex was very nice. The weather was great and we made much use of the pool. 2 negatives I would mention are the air in house could only be down to 76 and it was quite warm at times and we had had trouble opening garage to take out trash. I left message with the number published in the information book for assistance and no one returned my call. Luckily we did get the garage open and did not need assistance.

This is a very nice house to stay in. Check-in is super easy, just punch in a code in a lockbox at the entrance to get the key. There are some minor issues that need to be addressed, but these are things that the property's management team needs to take care of and not any knock on the owner. The house is spacious, very tastefully furnished, and is conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and theme parks. The beds are comfortable and provide a good night's sleep. Some things that the property doesn't provide and you will need to bring: -dish soap or dishwasher detergent and sponge -garbage bags -extra towels (property provides a few, but not enough) -extra bathroom tissue -corkscrew for opening wine bottle -paper towels -pool toys Other things to note: There was a lot of dust/lint/crumbs under the heavy furniture pieces. One of the tabs in the master bath vertical blind rail is broken and the blind cannot be inserted. You have to prop the blind in place so there is not a huge gap in the blinds and anybody passing by cannot look in. One of the plastic patio chairs was broken and unusable. The same chair had some several laughable repairs done to it with zip ties. There is a Lowes 2 minutes away and why the property management company didn't spend $20 to replace the chair was beyond me. Also, the plastic part of the pool skimmer that attaches to the long pole was completely broken. To skim the tree seeds that fall in the pool, I had to actually get in the pool and skim with just the mesh net in my hands. The screen enclosure of the patio doesn't seem to have any holes in it, but somehow seeds from the overhead trees seem to fall in and do need to be skimmed out. In the garage/games room, the floor is slightly sloped. The billiards table has been propped up at one end to correct for the slope. The foosball table, however, has not and the ball rolls towards one side. The billiards table is okay for a casual game, but is showing its age. It's rickety and unstable. Also, the felt isn't perfectly smooth anymore and the balls roll a bit strangely at times. There is an electronic dart board, but no batteries are provided for it. Replacement dart tips are not provided. The house is advertised as having a PlayStation console. Forget about using it, though, as it's an obsolete PlayStation 2 and no power cord is provided. All in all, a pretty good place to stay, and with a little more attention to detail, would get 5 stars.

The only thing I would have liked better, I asked for the pool to be heated before my arrival and it was not in fact and I never got to enjoy that aspect of my stay . Was told all i had to do was say something prior to my stay which i did 3 days in advance .
