WATERFRONT home which is a fishermen & airboater's paradise! Peaceful neighborhood in Central Florida on the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes. This home is in the Port Hatchineha and has a PRIVATE BOAT RAMP! The house sits on a canal that leads out to Lake Hatchineha which connects to three more lakes for the best fishing around! Our covered boat dock can house THREE boats with a fish cleaning station and refrigerator on the dock for ease of loading coolers for a long fishing day. Pet friendly. We are 37 miles to Disney, 30 minutes to LegoLand, Golf course within 10 minutes, and a restaurant a mile away.

No swimming in the canal due to chance of Alligators present There are dangerous animals in the canals, DO NOT SWIM IN THE CANAL
Only well behaved and housebroken pets please. Pick up after them. If being left unattended when you leave the house then they MUST BE IN A KENNEL.
