This spacious family home boasts a large pool deck with a sunny south facing aspect complete with grill and outdoor patio furniture to make the most of the Florida climate. Ideally located within 20 minutes from the major resorts and attractions, the home has 4 bedrooms comprising of two master suites (one King bed, one queen), on twin-bedded room and a further queen. The home provides an open plan living area including lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Private driveway parking, games room in garage and WiFi is also included. Pool heat is optional subject to an additional daily charge. Located on Southern Dunes Resort, guests can also take advantage of primarily additional golfing amenities including the Tavern on the Dunes which is located in a 12,000 square foot clubhouse, and the perfect place to have breakfast & lunch or to simply unwind after an enjoyable round of golf. Whether you enjoy a complete meal or just a refreshing beverage with your friends, you will find that this restaurant caters to everyone's needs by offering a variety of light snacks, a full service bar, fabulous breakfast & lunch as well as a Sunday breakfast buffet that will satisfy even the largest of appetites! Shopping and restaurants approximately five minutes away. This home offers the perfect location to "get away from it all" yet super quick easy access to everything you could possibly need. Pets welcome subject to $225 plus tax pet fee. Regret no smoking (only outside).
