Located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa with private pool sleeps up to 8 people. Let’s see what’s going on under the roof.
When you first enter the house, you’ll come across the first of 2 livings rooms: the formal living room. It has a striped sofa, a white arm chair and ottoman, and two additional striped arm chairs. It’s the perfect place to sit down with others and have a quiet conversation. The second living room is at the back of the house and has two recliner chairs, a while leather sofa, and a large flat screen TV.
The kitchen is a good size and has dark navy/grey cabinetry, white granite countertops, black and stainless-steel appliances, a breakfast bar with two stools, and views of the living and dining areas.
The dining area has a beautiful wooden rectangular table and 4 chairs.
There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed, arm chair, and en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms also have queen-size beds. And the fourth bedroom is kid themed and has two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family.
Let’s head outside to the pool area. Firstly, it’s screened in to keep out those pesky bugs. It also has a good-size pool, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and a covered lanai with a patio table and five chairs for those who want to relax in the shade and enjoy their favorite ice-cold beverage. Pool heating can be requested for an extra cost before arriving to the house.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
