The fun continues right at your stay! Dip into the enclosed pool at your leisure and enjoy delicious barbecues prepared over the gas grill. Playful competition can be curated over the garage's pool table, air hockey table, and dart board.

Your every comfort is attended to as Kind Palms has a full kitchen, cozy living room, and four sizable bedrooms. Off the primary bedroom, enjoy indulging in yourself while sinking into the soaking tub and utilizing the large vanity. The perks don't end there! Also inside, you'll find a private washer/dryer, a crib for the littles, and central air-conditioning.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
