"We pre-booked three rooms at this hotel, which had a rating of 9.2, so we expected a good experience.
However, when we arrived around 9 p.m. on September 21, 2024, we were shocked to find the hotel completely dark, with no lights on anywhere. There was no one at the front desk, and we had to call the hotel to get assistance. Eventually, a lady showed up, knowing that we had three rooms booked.
