Nice location, great for family travel

Nice big rooms, can fit 3 suit cases. The location is excellent, directly opposite to Hakodate station and next to the morning market. The bed and pillows are super comfy. Breakfast is small but with good selection.

Great value stay in Hakodate

The hotel is in an excellent location, being opposite JR Hakodate station and the famous seafood markets. Even though we were staying in winter, the hotel was nice and cozy and the staff were excellent. Rooms are well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay

It's a convenient area, right next to the station. But everything, from the dining, to the bar, to the massage parlor felt criminally overpriced. The Wi-Fi in our room was faulty to the point of being unusable; I informed the staff about it, and they were totally indifferent. There are so many hotels in the city, so this hotel is a shameless waste of money. I don't plan on staying here again, and I am dissuading anyone else from doing so.

The hotel is opposite the JR Hakodate station which is less than 5 mins away. There is also a Tram station towards the right of the hotel's entrance. Extremely convenient location. However the hotel building is a little dated but the rooms are decent.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, which is located across the street of JR station. Our room had a broken AC unit, and the staff moved us to another room shortly after. I appreciated that. I also really the breakfast buffet.

Environment protection

From all our trip from Hiroshima, Kyoto, Osaka, Yokohama, Tokyo and Sapporo, this was most unpleasant staying. The front desk most unfriendly to foreigners tourists. Any help you asking, they avoiding to help by finding unreasonable excuses. Not recommended.

Drove from sapporo to hakodate, stayed overnight to explore the City. Parking is 1000 yen per night. Location is great, especially of you choose to take the train from sapporo since it is just across the street. Good restaurants around. The only thing i didn't like is that the AC in our room is not working well/ i was so hot at night. The hotel is also a bit outdated. Otherwise, everything is decent.
