The hotel's check-in system needed an upgrade, and the afternoon check-in wait was excessively long. fav HAKODATE
Clean and spacious room, good location. I would have given 5 star if not for the fact it does not give extra pillow. Perhaps the hotel should really consider giving extra pillow.
