"Truly outstanding! Everything—from the exceptional staff and top-notch service to the excellent amenities—exceeded expectations. I even accidentally left my pants behind, and they graciously shipped them to my next hotel at no cost. Now that's incredible service!"

"It is the place to be if you want in enjoy the Japanese culture and cuisine. The staff were incredibly courteous, helpful and assertive. They go the extra mile to make sure thier guests are happy and comfortable. I have been to excellent hotels around the world but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Wonderful place to be."
