"Truely a 5⭐️ experience staying at Hotel Indigo. My partner and I booked a private onsen room which was a delight to enjoy in the mornings. The room amenities were well laid out and the attention to detail around the property was excellent. The staff clearly work together as a team to ensure that you have the most relaxing time possible. We utilized both the short hiking trail and the shuttle service to explore the town of Gora up the hill. I wish we could have stayed for several more days, there's just too much to see. During your stay I highly recommend making a reservation at Itoh for dinner, and the Gora brewery and grill for lunch. Gora has many other amazing restaurants as well. It is a quite town, where things close down a bit early. It's the perfect time to make your way back to the hotel for a hot bath and you can relax with a bottle of wine or sake. Thank you!"

"Great location, quick walk to the train station. Enjoyed the free snacks & drinks after 7pm social & the garden outside was so beautiful. Breakfast buffet was very good. I only wish I had more time to spend in Hakone. Loved it. Massage therapists did a great job as well."

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked one of the rooms with private onsen and half board. It was very spacious and clean, and a great view. The food was beautifully prepared and delicious. The public baths were large and and not too busy before dinner. There are complimentary drinks in the lobby at check-in and at breakfast, but also a kettle and tea bags and a mini-fridge in our room."
