"We had an exceptional stay at Gora Kadan. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Our room attendant was outstanding, thoughtful, professional, and always one step ahead in anticipating our needs. The kaiseki meals were beautifully presented, meticulously prepared, and absolutely delicious. Every course felt like a work of art. The room was immaculate, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax. The onsen was peaceful, impeccably maintained, and one of the highlights of our visit. Gora Kadan embodies the highest level of Japanese hospitality. Every detail was carefully considered, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We left feeling refreshed, well cared for, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended."

"Truely a 5⭐️ experience staying at Hotel Indigo. My partner and I booked a private onsen room which was a delight to enjoy in the mornings. The room amenities were well laid out and the attention to detail around the property was excellent. The staff clearly work together as a team to ensure that you have the most relaxing time possible. We utilized both the short hiking trail and the shuttle service to explore the town of Gora up the hill. I wish we could have stayed for several more days, there's just too much to see. During your stay I highly recommend making a reservation at Itoh for dinner, and the Gora brewery and grill for lunch. Gora has many other amazing restaurants as well. It is a quite town, where things close down a bit early. It's the perfect time to make your way back to the hotel for a hot bath and you can relax with a bottle of wine or sake. Thank you!"

"Great location, quick walk to the train station. Enjoyed the free snacks & drinks after 7pm social & the garden outside was so beautiful. Breakfast buffet was very good. I only wish I had more time to spend in Hakone. Loved it. Massage therapists did a great job as well."
