This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though.

I visited Hakuba Sun Valley with my partner and 2 children and we LOVED it! The location is amazing, directly opposite the chair lift, and the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. We will definitely be staying here again next season!

宿泊施設周辺は静かで、ゆっくりできました。 しかし、施設は古くお湯の調整がむずかい。トイレは鍵が故障していてロックができませんでした。 共同浴場のトイレは流れが悪くて使えない。 また、炊飯器を借りましたが、しゃもじがなく、取りに行きましたが、ありませんと言われ仕方なくスプーンで代用。 古 いのはどうしようもありませんが、施設や備品の管理をしっかりしてほしいです。

Thanks for the party
We loved our stay here. Shuto and Yuya were excellent hosts. This place definitely gives off hostel/community vibes however you get the comfort of your own room. Convenient location. It’s hard to get around town if you don’t have a car but there are a few shuttles running throughout the day.

Everyone was so polite and nice. The food and culture were amazingly good. Skiing was pretty good, some fresh snow and some days with clear blue skies and fantastic views. Lifts were fast with no lines, great range of runs.
